Financial Aid for School Tuition
Hamilton District Christian High School uses Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST) to process bursary applications. FAST is the standard submission format for all bursary applications.
FAST does not decide whether bursary support will be given or how much to give; rather FAST provides a need-based financial aid analysis service, which includes a recommendation of what a family should reasonably contribute toward tuition.
All information from FAST is kept confidential. Results are reviewed by the Director of Finance and the Tuition Assistance Committee and aid is awarded according to our Tuition Assistance Policy. Upon approval by the Committee, bursary support offers are sent to families.
The online application submission portal will be available from our Director of Finance in February.
The deadline to apply is May 31st. After June 1, contact Sherry Osinga (email@example.com) to see if there are available funds.
Applicants can anticipate a response by mid-July.
Your Tax Return
Your tax return must follow the submission of the online application and be submitted to FAST by late May, so be sure to make your tax appointment early!
Bursary support is available to Canadian applicants. It does not apply to students applying internationally.
