Rental Fees:

• 8x8' booth with 2 chairs available to rent for $85
• Mandatory Certificate of Liability Insurance (COI).  A $25 discount can be applied to your booth fee to cover the estimated cost of Liability Insurance.  
• Vendors are responsible for their own display and setup.  Tables must be covered with a floor length table cloth (not provided).  Extension cords and power bars are not permitted. 
• Rent a table for a $10 additional fee.
• If your display backdrop exceeds 4' and could interfere with neighbouring booths, we recommend selecting a premium booth location for an additional $10 fee. 

To Apply:

• Complete an Application
• Complete the Registration & Payment form (below). 
• You are required to obtain liability insurance and provide a certificate to HDCH. You can apply for Insurance here. Vendors may apply a $25 discount to their registration to offset the fee.  Submit a certificate of $2M Liability Insurance to sosinga@hdch.org.

We will send a vendor confirmation upon the completion of all 3 steps.

Sponsorship Opportunities

• Kids Place Sponsor ($500):  Your sponsorship will be showcased to families and kids who engage in our Kids Area. Sponsors are welcome to provide giveaways and promotional take-aways! 

• Vendor Market Sponsor ($1000): This is highlighted to both our market vendors and guests that visit our space. A complimentary vendor space + table is included.  (Note: A certificate of insurance (COI) is required of all vendors).

• Spring Market Sponsor ($2000): Your company is the sponsor of the entire Spring Market, covering all the activity areas–from coffee shop to flower sale. Your corporate presence will be seen throughout the Spring Market and on all the promotional materials.  A complimentary premium vendor space + table is included.  (Note: A certificate of insurance (COI) is required of all vendors)
